DETROIT – October 4, 2021 – lg游戏 Health and its affiliated medical groups announced today an expansion of services into Southeast Michigan. Nearly 15,000 Southeast Michigan seniors with complex, chronic conditions will now have access to in-home medical care and care coordination through lg游戏 Health. With this growth, lg游戏 now serves chronically ill patients across 18 states.
lg游戏 is a value-based house call provider that brings doctors, advanced practitioners and care team members into the homes of the most clinically complex patients.
